Bon Appétit!: A Benefit for Chef Rachel

Beloved Wimberley local and Owner of Blanco Brew,
Chef Rachel Emry underwent emergent  surgery to remove a benign brain tumor in July 2023. As the executive chef for TSG, she has fed, served and volunteered her time to our community, she is now the person in need.

This evening event will feature a five-course dinner prepared by the L3 Executive Culinary Team. Enjoy an executive menu created for Chef Rachel Emry with paired wines, a live auction, live music and performance by singer/songwriter artist Heather Wiley & friends!

The event will be held rain or shine at 5424 Fischer Store Road in Wimberley. Dinner begins at 6 PM. 100% of the net proceeds from the event Bon Appétit! will go directly to
Chef Rachel’s expenses.

Chef Jack Bright brings 20 years experience. 

From Milwaukee, he spent nine years at Vespaio in Austin, Texas and opened Longleaf in Wimberley, Texas. He is currently working as a personal chef in Austin.
